The well-being of our customers is always top of priority for us at The Lock-Up. With concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking steps to help protect the health and safety of our customers and employees while continuing to provide you the best possible service.
EMPLOYEE HEALTH & HYGIENE: There are essential steps that all employees have been asked to practice, such preventative actions include washing of hands often, covering nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, not shaking hands, and practice social distancing. Employees will wear face masks and gloves when working with the public. We have also instructed employees to stay home if they feel sick, and until they are symptom-free for a minimum of 24 hours.
SURFACE CLEANING: We will be cleaning our counters, office fixtures, keypads, door handles, and other frequently used areas regularly.
STAYING INFORMED: We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will make additional adjustments as needs arise. Rest assured, we are putting measures in place to help take care of our employees so they can continue to provide you with the best service.
